Hello,
I use the free version of ABC inventory. The financial year has changed and now I would like to start the PO, INV, SO and other docs to start from XXX00001/2014-2015.

Can someone please guide me, how I can achieve this? Will I need to archive the old year data, and reinstall the software to start a new year in the system? In that case, how will the existing inventory be migrated?

No need to reinstall ever. Go to the System/Options screen, the Numbers tab. Input something like P#####/2014-2015 in field 1 and 1 in field 10.

Personally, I would do something like P1415-##### instead. The number will be shorter and sort nicer in the reports.
