I was trying to import the negative adjustment and have Error #2200

After filling up the filled , it started the importing but after it is completed , it say Zero record imported.

And have the following message :

Some Transactions have been skipped ,use the SAVE imported data button again to import skipped transactions.

I hit the button a few time , still Zero record imported

Any solution to this

Did you use LDX10 device to import negative adjustments? The records left on screen are the ones that could not be processed. Usually you can take a look and see what is wrong. Can you post one such record here (comma separated)?

You did not answer if it was LDX10, but I assume that you used "LDX10: Negative Adjustments" transaction. Here are the formats for LDX-10 transactions:

Hi This thread has been quite useful so far, but I do have an additional question.

I have tested the negative adjustment import (LDX10) and it works to adjust the inventory stock down, but I cannot seem to include a customer for the items shipped out. What I usually do is manually adjust down inventory when it is shipped to a customer. Can I include customer information when importing negative adjustments?

Thanks so much!
