How to update SQL server based Almyta

When Almyta (ACS) starts, it displays flash screen with a current version number. The screen can be also accessed from the System/Software Version menu.
If current version does not match the latest version, you can update ACS. The latest version can be found on this page http://systems.almyta.com/updates.asp" rel="nofollow - http://systems.almyta.com/updates.asp

First PC,
1. Open each ACS Company, go to the Help/Download Updates. This needs to be done just once, no matter how many companies you have.

2. Return to ACS Company Selector, highlight each company, click the Maintain button, click the Update Now button.

3. Open each company. Go to the Data/Relink menu, click the SQL Server Scripts button. If ACS data structure needs an update a script is generated and shown on screen in the Notepad text editor. Apply the scrip to a corresponding ACS database on the SQL Server or copy it to your DBA. Backup your database on SQL server prior to running the scripts. If there is no script displayed, the update is done.

4. After the scripts are applied, open each company. Go to the Data/Relink menu. Click Refresh Link.

On each other PC, perform step one and two. Do not do steps three and four.
