Please can someone give me some guidance on how to include a new tax rate. The current ones available do not include the rate that we use in South Africa.

It is in the System/Company Locations/Sales Taxes

Untick the  Use switch for unused rows. Renames some rows to your SA taxes, change the percent.

I had just now tried the trail version of ABC Inventory Software. All the
features of the software are good. But I am getting wrong tax calculation. In
India, there will be two taxes for most of the transactions. One is 12.5% of
Excise duty and other one is 2% of Sales taxes.

The Calculation should be like below format :

But ABC Inventory Software calculates like below :

Kindly help me to solve this.
