PO Notes only print first 6 lines

   Inthe ABC Inventory software, on the PO, on the Notes tab, the box displays 12-15 lines.  I am trying to find where I can place notes pertinent to the entire order, either specifial shipping information, or product tagging requriements, etc and this looked like a great fit.  I tested in and the print locations works well too.  The problem I'm having is only the first 6 lines of text print on the printed PO.  When the shipping instructions are complciated, it make take up to 8-9 lines. 

Question 1 - should the printed PO contain all of the notes I placed in the Notes text box?

Question 2 - is there another way/place to put these instructions/comments/free form text? I played with using a partnumber of Special and then qty of zero, and using line item notes, however I wasn't sure the impact during receiving process, and or closing of the PO.  I suspect it may cause an error.

	1. I have cheked it out. You are right. On the Purchase Order printout, only top six lines fit into the form. We will expand the field in the next software update. You can use Terms and Condition field in addition to notes. In T&C you can use something generic. In the Notes, keep specifics. 2. Special part is not a place.
