Hi sir

I have recently purchased this software. I have created excel sheet  in .csv format with all items like

item id  | item name | unit cost | unit price | units | country | but when i import through item master in i could not able to find units option in the item master list.

I need to select inventory in stock.

but when i upload it is giving error message.

actually you know  i would like to start a new system , as all items are old  stock.

just assume as i am starting new business and i have lots of old stock. there is no puchase order for the old stock.

i want to import the stock with Quantity.

example:   book123 -good book - 3 (cost) - 4 (sale)  - 22 (Quantity)

i have a problem with quantity ? please help asap.

First load Item Master as you did.

Second, go to the Configuration/Import menu

Select  "Inventory in Stock" in the field 2.

The mandatory columns are Item ID, Units, Receiving Reference.

Your file should be

Item ID, Units, Unit Cost, Receiving Reference.

book123,22,3,InitialLoad
