How can I modify the Negative Inventory Adjustments report to show the Warehouse locations? I am trying to track usage by location, not just total usage company wide.

ABC is not logging source locations. You can try Reports, Inventory, All Adjustments, Audit Trail report. Set filter Transaction Type = Issued. The location will be there in the Origin column.
