Hi-- I am having trouble installing the software on Windows 7. I keep getting a pop up ,after I extract the software, that says "Could not access network location \\psf\Home\Documents."Additionally, my computer is a 64bit machine; I don't know if that could have something to do with it.
If anyone has had the same issue or thinks they have solution, please pass it on.
thanks

\\psf\home\documents is not Almyta network location. Does PSF sound familiar to you? Is it your server?

At what exact point the problem happens? As I understand, after you extract the package, but before you can run the installation, right?

Win 7, 64-bit is fine.

Exactly, the alert happens right after extraction and before it installs. In other words, it never gets to installs. And, I am not clear what psf is in relation to a server. I don't have a dedicated server nor am I interacting with a server in regards to this software.

I do not believe, it is our package. Do you remember where you downloaded this package from and what is the file name?
