Once  mapped   I check my master inventory list and it is missing data that I put in the spreadsheet. below I have a pic of the spreadsheet setup iam using and what data loaded in the AID master inventory list. Its missing a lot of item even though they are in the spreadsheet. Please advise how I setup my CVS file with my inventory.

Starting with Unit Cost, in your spreadsheet, it is formatted as text '$1.72. Text evaluated to 0. Remove the quote ('), remove $ sign. Leave only number 1.72. Re-import the same file. Map only Item ID and Unit cost.
For the Category, you need to add manually or import the categories first (DARICE must exist on the categories screen) then you can re-import Item ID and Category.
This should fix the problem.
