The location is in the database, but it is not on any report at the moment. You can use the Reports menu, Inventory, All Negative Adjustments. Item, Description, and quantity (units) are there but the location is not. Also you can create a file NR.CSV fiel open with Notepad.exe, copy this

Hi and thnks for your answer.

Followed your recommendations and arrived to the Import window.

What do I need to choose in the 'SELECT IMPORT FILE' WIindow? If I select STORAGE LOCATIONS, it propoerly adds two records (a pop-up message sepcifies it). If I then click on ' SAVE IMPORTED DATE' and choose ' STORAGE LOCATION' in the scroll down menu, a pop-up #2141 would then say that ''a Mandatory colum is not found. Coulmn name : Name'' when I would click on  ''5.SAVE IMPORTED DATA''.

Thanks vy much in advance for your help...

I am not sure what you did. Let us do it other way.
1) download this file
2)Unzip
3)Use Configuration menu, Import Reports to import the report. Browse to the unzipped AID_All_Negative_Adjustments_Location.csv report and select it.

The location will appear in the Inventory/All Negative Adjustments report.

Thanks'  :)
