Why cant I issue Work Order parts? |

Testing how work order work . I have entered 3 test items that are in stock but the "Issue Parts" remains greyed out. The test items are serialized so I would think that I would have an option to select which S/N to issue.

Maybe very simple but have you approved the works order?

Yes, you need to change the work order status to either Open, Scheduled, or Started. It is on the Warranty /Status tab of the work order screen.
